Evidence supports the designation shown to customers. The assessment is an online review, with a short video call or virtual workshop walkthrough for Select.

The workshop claims its profile if necessary and selects the Select assessment. Much of the business information should already be filled in.
The business answers a short guided questionnaire and uploads the necessary documents and photographs.
An authorised reviewer checks the evidence. A short video call or virtual workshop walkthrough is used to confirm the facilities and clarify questions.
Pass, Further Information Required, or Declined. A successful business receives Select status and access to the gold shield.
Reconfirm relevant information every 12 months, with further assessment when significant changes or substantiated concerns justify it.
Membership becomes active after assessment approval and activation of the Select subscription. Assessment evidence stays private.
Before you apply
Yes. Listed stays free. Once ownership is approved, you can manage your business details, services, logo, photographs and profile layout. A free listing carries a Listed label and does not claim Verified or Select approval.
The one-off $149.00 + GST fee covers the initial review of your application, evidence and workshop processes. It is non-refundable once review begins. Paying the fee does not award a gold shield. Your Select subscription starts after approval and activation. Qualifying Founding Select members have this initial fee waived.
A reviewer may request further information or decline the application. You can correct information and seek reassessment. No Select subscription starts for a declined application. Contact us about a fee refund if you withdraw before review begins.
Your monthly price changes from $29.95 + GST to the standard Select rate of $49.95 + GST after 12 months. The transition date is recorded when your subscription starts, and you receive advance notice. You can cancel recurring billing through your billing account.
Panel Quote software is a separate service. You can apply for Verified or Select without using Panel Quote. Connected assessment booking requires active full Panel Quote membership, current Verified or Select approval and completed workshop connection setup. The directory membership prices above do not include a Panel Quote subscription.
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled through your billing account. Keep your business information and approval evidence current; annual confirmation and review apply. If a designation ends, its badge must be removed from your website and marketing. The full conditions below explain assessment fees, suspension and changes.
Listed is free and carries no verification endorsement. Verified is $19.95/month + GST. Select is $49.95/month + GST plus a $149 + GST initial assessment fee. The ongoing Select subscription begins only after approval.
The first 20 qualifying founding memberships receive $29.95/month + GST for their first 12 months and a waived initial assessment fee, then $49.95/month + GST. Eligibility is confirmed at assessment approval; an application alone does not reserve a place. If the offer is full, the standard fee must be paid before approval. The transition date is recorded when the subscription begins, with advance notification.
The assessment is an online review of business identity, capability and documented processes. It is not an inspection or a guarantee of every repair. Panel Quote use is not required. Evidence may include photographs and documents. A reviewer uses a short video call or virtual workshop walkthrough to confirm facilities and clarify questions before passing Select.
For standard applicants, the assessment fee is non-refundable once review begins. If declined, you may correct information and seek reassessment; no Select subscription starts. Contact administration about a fee refund if you withdraw before review begins. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled through Stripe. Approved upgrades may incur a disclosed prorated invoice. Annual confirmation and current approval evidence are required for badges. Billing is recorded separately and does not determine shield approval. Suspension or expiry stops benefits and queues cancellation of recurring membership billing; any unused-period credit is handled in the billing account. Badge restoration requires current approval. Where billing was cancelled, a new subscription is managed separately.
Badge use is permitted only for the approved business, without changing the artwork or implying an insurer endorsement or repair guarantee. Link every website badge to its live status page. Remove downloaded badges from websites, signatures and marketing when the designation ends. Old artwork does not prove current status.
Featured capacity is controlled by administration. Membership provides eligibility for fair local rotation, not an exclusive or guaranteed homepage position.
