Registry IDs

One record. A consistent reference.

A PanelDirectory ID makes it easier to identify the same business record across enquiries and updates.

What a registry ID identifies

Each directory record has its own PanelDirectory member ID. It remains a reference for that record even when a business updates its name, contact details or public description.

The ID is shown on search cards and individual listing pages. Copy the full value when requesting a correction or discussing a listing.

Directory IDs are not official registration

A PanelDirectory ID is an internal directory reference. It is separate from a New Zealand Business Number, company registration number, trade qualification or insurer approval. It does not certify a business or establish entitlement to work on a vehicle.

Finding a listing by ID

Enter the complete registry ID in the directory search box. You can also search using the business name, town or a recorded service.

Duplicate or incorrect records

If you find multiple records for the same business, or an ID appears to be attached to the wrong business, request a review. Include each ID and the details that need checking.
